Doug Ribley has 45 years of experience in developing health, fitness, and wellness programs corporate, commercial, and hospital settings.
After over 20 years at Cleveland Clinic Akron General, he retired as Senior Vice President of Health & Wellness Services and now leads Douglas A. Ribley & Associates, a healthcare advisory firm specializing in wellness center projects.
He played a crucial role in creating Akron General's award-winning Health and Wellness Outpatient Delivery Centers, a $120 million investment focused on prevention and rehabilitation.
Doug is involved in developing health and wellness centers nationwide and has held roles in the Medical Fitness Association, earning several prestigious awards for his contributions to the field. He is also a recognized author and speaker.
